Discovery session (90 minutes)

After an initial introduction call, we will meet at your home, or venue of your choice, to explore your story, priorities, and the emotional landscape of your wedding.

Together we clarify what matters most, what doesn’t, and how you want your celebration to feel, including how to keep your budget intentional rather than excessive. This session becomes the foundation for every decision that follows.

Supplier management

Selecting and managing supplier can be a major headache in the planning journey. I will take that burden off your shoulders by:

  • Researching and recommending suppliers aligned with your values

  • Prioritising local, independent, ethical Somerset suppliers

  • Making initial enquiries on your behalf

  • Reviewing all quotes and contracts

  • Providing support during decision making

  • Having structured monthly check-ins with each suppliers

  • Co-ordinating the flow of information between suppliers.

Contingency planning

Professional risk assessments woven into your planning: venue considerations, weather contingencies, guest flow, accessibility, and practical logistics, ensuring your day runs smoothly.

Final six-week run through

A structured review of all plans, refined timelines, supplier confirmations and emotional preparation for the day.

I will help you define and refine your criteria, so I can research aligned Somerset venues, create a curated shortlist, make initial enquiries, and review contracts and policies.

You will receive clear guidance to support confident, values (and budget) aligned decision‑making.

Structured planning

A clear timeline from now to your wedding, monthly consulting sessions, task prioritisation and ongoing guidance to keep everything organised, intentional and manageable.

Includes support to ensure your budget choices stay aligned with your values rather than drifting into excess.

Concept design

Together we will craft the emotional experience of your day, the tone, the flow, the feeling.

Wellbeing support

I offer grounded support with communication, expectations and decision-making, helping you navigate this journey with clarity and confidence.
